About the role

Ensure the company identifies and manages key operational, financial and compliance risks
Develop and implement contractual compliance and insurance programs across projects and operations
Develop systems to monitor and ensure compliance with leases, construction, utility, financing and other project contracts
Conduct risk assessments and collect/analyze data to anticipate risks and improve compliance programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage internal/external stakeholders to manage risk and compliance
Manage company-wide and project-specific insurance policies, tracking coverage, renewals and insurance requirements
Create a company culture of risk awareness; perform proactive monitoring and reporting

AA or BA degree in a related field (business, real estate) or at least three (3) years of experience in contract and risk management in the data center, energy or real estate industry
Proven experience in contract compliance and insurance management, including implementing or managing contract compliance systems
Familiarity with finance, energy, real estate and construction contracts and project-based legal documentation
Familiarity with lender Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and across departments
Technologically savvy (Excel, Airtable, contract lifecycle management platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
