• Communication and collaboration with the sales team, the planning/dispatch department and company management
• Control and monitoring of orders, goods receipts, invoices, pricing and delivery lead times
• Quality monitoring as well as negotiating orders and quotations with suppliers and service providers
• Monitoring procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
• Maintenance of price lists and master data
• Collaborative partnership with international suppliers and service providers, in German and English
