About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Procurement and ordering of technical products and services
Communication and collaboration with the sales team, the planning/dispatch department and company management
Control and monitoring of orders, goods receipts, invoices, pricing and delivery lead times
Quality monitoring as well as negotiating orders and quotations with suppliers and service providers
Monitoring procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
Maintenance of price lists and master data
Collaborative partnership with international suppliers and service providers, in German and English

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in purchasing/Procurement is an advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
Meticulous, structured and independent working style
Team player, committed and loyal
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems desirable
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
