About the role

  • Coordination of sales inquiries
  • Preparing quotes, order processing and invoicing
  • Customer contact via phone and email
  • Scheduling appointments and booking trade shows and internal events
  • Supporting internal communications
  • Handling daily internal and external communications, including incoming mail
  • General administrative tasks, e.g., contract preparation and procurement of office supplies
  • Supporting accounting, e.g., cash handling, dunning/reminder procedures and incoming invoice verification
  • Supporting HR, e.g., onboarding processes and contributing to company documents
  • Preparing and producing monthly reports
  • Assisting the support team with order entry

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High degree of initiative, independence, commitment, reliability and flexibility
  • Enjoys verbal and written communication
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems is an advantage
