About the role

  • Owning and growing partner relationships across multiple European markets
  • Driving partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Leading partner onboarding and enablement so partners can confidently sell and deliver Rossum
  • Collaborating with regional Sales and Pre-Sales teams on joint opportunities
  • Identifying and developing new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with our GTM priorities

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, finance technology, or a closely related domain, including established relationships with RSIs and GSIs operating within the finance domain
  • Proven ability to own relationships and opportunities from first conversation to revenue impact
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and geographies
  • A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
  • Clear, confident communication in English and comfort working with teams across different locations and time zones
  • Based in Europe
