About the role
- Owning and growing partner relationships across multiple European markets
- Driving partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Leading partner onboarding and enablement so partners can confidently sell and deliver Rossum
- Collaborating with regional Sales and Pre-Sales teams on joint opportunities
- Identifying and developing new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with our GTM priorities
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, finance technology, or a closely related domain, including established relationships with RSIs and GSIs operating within the finance domain
- Proven ability to own relationships and opportunities from first conversation to revenue impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and geographies
- A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
- Clear, confident communication in English and comfort working with teams across different locations and time zones
- Based in Europe
