Financial Planning and Analysis

• Financial Strategy & Advisory: Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Financial Operations: Direct oversight of all finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and tax. Ensure regulatory compliance and proper governance of financial processes. Identify and mitigate material financial or internal control risks.
• FP&A & Budgetary Control: Lead the forecasting process, monitor departmental spend against forecasts and proactively identify performance risks or trends.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial analyses and management reporting. Prepare board-ready summaries and reports on operating performance and growth-related data.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with financial institutions and government agencies in relation to funding initiatives and manage reporting and compliance requirements towards lenders and investors.

Technical Account Manager

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Design and implement custom document workflows using Rossum’s configuration tools and extensions.
• Advise customers on API integrations and best practices for connecting Rossum to internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, advocating for customers’ needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during complex solution delivery.
• Deliver training and create documentation to ensure customer adoption and success.
• Monitor account health, track KPIs (automation rates, processing speed, quality), and proactively address issues.
• Relay product feedback to our Product & Engineering teams.
