About the role
- Identify and pursue new wholesale and distribution opportunities
- Pitch premium skincare brands to senior buyers
- Negotiate commercial terms and wholesale orders
- Manage follow-ups and close deals
- Build long-term buyer relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide market insight and commercial feedback
- Represent the brands with professionalism and polish
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
- Experience opening new accounts (not managing existing ones)
- Confidence in pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
- Commercially sharp, outcome-driven, and self-directed
- Preference for autonomy over micromanagement
- Motivation by performance-led reward rather than fixed structures
- Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Korean, French, Italian, German, Swiss, Spanish, Arabic)
- Existing buyer, distributor, or retail networks within beauty or luxury retail considered an advantage
