About the role

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
  • Personally opened new accounts (not only managed existing ones)
  • Confident in pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
  • Commercially sharp, outcome-driven, and self-directed
  • Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
  • Motivated by performance-led reward rather than fixed structures
  • Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Languages of particular interest include Korean, French, Italian, German, Swiss, Spanish, and Arabic)
  • Existing buyer, distributor, or retail networks within beauty or luxury retail will be considered a strong advantage.
