Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
- Personally opened new accounts (not only managed existing ones)
- Confident in pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
- Commercially sharp, outcome-driven, and self-directed
- Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
- Motivated by performance-led reward rather than fixed structures
- Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged
- Existing buyer, distributor, or retail networks within beauty or luxury retail will be considered a strong advantage
