Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
- Experience in opening accounts (not just managing them)
- Confidence in pitching to senior buyers and decision-makers
- Commercially sharp and outcome-driven
- Comfort operating independently without micromanagement
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and exceeding targets
- Multilingual capabilities are encouraged (Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Arabic are particularly valuable)
