About the role

  • You plan and design the product assortment and support purchasing operations
  • You will learn to evaluate, select and purposefully use appropriate online sales channels and online communication channels
  • You support the IT, Marketing and Content Management teams in the continuous development and improvement of the online shop and the customer journey
  • You analyze online user behavior and process flows, apply testing methods, select payment systems and evaluate them
  • You prepare and execute online marketing measures
  • You gain know-how in using KPI-based commercial management tools and conducting customer value analyses, for example by determining assortment metrics, evaluating statistics and performing KPI analyses for complaints
  • During your training you will get to know various departments involved in the online sale of our products

Requirements

  • Vocational business school diploma or business baccalaureate (Wirtschaftsabitur)
  • Generally good grades
  • Strong affinity for online/digital topics
  • Especially error-free German, spoken and written
  • Good English skills
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Enthusiasm and passion for bikes
