About the role
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction, the customer experience and store sales, as well as for ensuring the smooth running of all processes
- You ensure professional customer consultation and maintain internal communication within the store as well as with all relevant teams and stakeholders
- You lead by example in sales and develop your team through coaching and training
- You act as a brand ambassador for ROSE and serve as the team’s motivator
- You work together with the retail team to further develop the store concept and continuously optimize it
Requirements
- Relevant degree, Handelsfachwirt or comparable commercial qualification with a focus on retail
- Several years of leadership experience as well as professional experience in retail
- Strong commitment and a high level of self-motivation
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good written and spoken English is required
- German language skills are an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work, including weekends
