About the role
- Design, build, and maintain BI solutions that empower ROR and clients with actionable insights
- Collect and analyze 1st- and 3rd-party data to inform strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards, identify performance trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, client services, and media teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and accurate reporting
- Standardize and manage DOMO datasets, Beast Mode calculations, and automation processes; align custom conversions and maintain reporting accuracy
- Standardize the TAD (Trade Area Definition) process and implement ArcGIS workflow management tools; maintain organizational content storage
- Develop repeatable processes for Similarweb & Placer.AI to transform raw analytics into actionable client insights and productize analytics capabilities for client deliverables
- Ensure Client Analysts have accurate, scalable reports and are equipped to execute TADs and site analytics effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience working in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
- Strong expertise with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo required)
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro (required)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and joining large, complex datasets
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from CRM, marketing automation, and digital media platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize findings, build data stories, and present insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
