About the role
- Lead technical data projects autonomously to enhance Marketing analytics capabilities
- Exploit large-scale data warehouses performing efficient SQL
- Define ETL and abstract data models in our data warehouse with Airflow
- Document and maintain code and queries in Gitlab
- Define analytics and reports using Tableau to communicate results and monitor KPIs
- Generate and execute exploratory analyses and provide action recommendations
- Define KPIs and present findings to Marketing team and senior management
- Lead discussions with Engineering to define and design data requirements and network integrations
- Help design and define events with Engineering to be consumed by networks and platforms
- Develop Data Sources for organization-wide use and empower business with trusted data
Requirements
- Great alignment with our principles
- +3 years of working experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL and working with large data sets
- Experience with Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift
- Define ETL and abstract data models using Airflow
- Document and maintain code and queries in Gitlab
- Working expertise of Tableau or PowerBI
- Product Analytics experience with Amplitude, Datadog, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience with customer engagement platform Braze
- Ability to define KPIs and present findings to Marketing and senior management
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bonus (nice to have): Master's degree in Business Analytics/BI, Digital Marketing certificates, ≥2 years digital marketing experience, knowledge of digital marketing attribution modelling
