Inside Sales

• Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer’s truck
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
• Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
• Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers

Bilingual

• Lead by example by adhering to all company health and safety policies and procedures
• Plan, organize, and deliver health and safety training effectively, ensuring legislative requirements are met and updating the training matrix
• Communicate information clearly and engagingly, ensuring participants understand the material and are motivated to follow what is taught
• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with managers
• Assist in reviewing and updating the existing curriculum as needed
• Help develop new training programs and prepare new training materials that meet established standards
• Maintain and organize a clean training environment
• Contribute to the implementation of health and safety programs to reduce workplace injuries
• Report any violations of legal regulations or company policies to management
