About the role
- Coordinate shipments (imports/exports) and ensure deadlines are met.
- Supervise multimodal transport processes (maritime, air, and road).
- Monitor logistics documentation (BL, AWB, certificates, invoices, packing lists).
- Resolve operational incidents (delays, damage, lack of space, customs holds).
- Invoicing.
- Work closely with logistics, operations and commercial teams.
- Ensure customer requirements are reflected in internal processes.
