About the role

  • Own Rollstack’s top-of-the-funnel metrics (qualified inbound leads) and be accountable for their progression.
  • Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across a small number of core channels (e.g. SEO, content, communities, partnerships, paid), prioritizing speed and learning over polish.
  • Ship growth assets, including landing pages, blog posts, templates, examples, emails, and campaigns, and improve them quickly based on feedback and performance.
  • Build automated growth loops using AI tools and workflow automation—covering content generation, distribution, enrichment, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Execute against product messaging and positioning, in close collaboration with PMM, translating positioning into traffic and leads.
  • Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and adjust tactics on a weekly basis.
  • Document learnings and kill experiments fast, focusing effort where impact is highest.

Requirements

  • Hands-on executor with a hacker mindset: You apply first principles thinking and innovate.
  • Outcome-driven: You think in terms of numbers, experiments, and impact.
  • AI-native marketer: You have a strong command of modern AI tools and use them daily to move faster and scale execution, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, etc.
  • Automation-first mindset: You are comfortable building and iterating automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Clay, and you instinctively replace manual work with systems.
  • Strong technical curiosity: You’re comfortable working across tools like Webflow, Hubspot, analytics platforms, CRMs, and growth tooling, even if you’re not an engineer.
  • Fast learner and comfortable with feedback and iteration.
  • Scrappy but structured: You move fast, but you’re clear about hypotheses, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Early-stage experience: You’ve operated in a startup environment where ambiguity was high and ownership was expected.
Benefits
  • Join a Y Combinator-backed company that’s redefining how individuals and teams, across industries and around the world, work smarter and faster.
  • Work alongside an exceptional team of builders and operators, including alumni from Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, Tesla, and AiFi.
  • Be part of a fully remote, globally diverse workplace that values autonomy, impact, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a product that users love and that truly sells itself, built by a world-class product and engineering team.
  • Look forward to bi-annual team off-sites in destinations that belong on your travel bucket list.
  • Earn competitive compensation and meaningful equity in a fast-moving, high-leverage startup where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory.
