About the role
- Prospect and close new commercial accounts: property managers, HOA directors, facility managers, and commercial real estate firms across the DMV
- Conduct site walks and present proposals on-location
- Manage a pipeline of 30–50 active prospects at any time
- Handle inbound residential estimates and convert them to booked jobs — we route them, you close them
- Work closely with operations to ensure client retention and contract renewals
- Build toward leading and managing a sales team as the business scales
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Comfortable in person: site visits, property walkthroughs, relationship-based selling
- Organized self-starter who manages their own pipeline without hand-holding
- Experience in commercial real estate services, facilities, landscaping, or building services is a strong plus
- Leadership mindset — you want to build a team, not just work one
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
