• Support our efforts to attract high-potential candidates for entry-level consulting positions in Central Europe
• Monitor incoming applications; review and evaluate application materials
• Support the preparation and follow-up of recruitment days and ensure the smooth running of our selection processes
• Maintain close contact with our recruiting team in Munich and our interviewers

Recruiting Assistant

• Coordination of interview appointments for candidates at leadership levels (Partner/Director/Principals)
• Alignment of interview participants in close collaboration with HR Business Partners
• Collecting and reconciling possible interview times with Partners
• Organizing and sending calendar invitations via Outlook, including setting up online video conferences
• Entering and updating data in SmartRecruiters
• Creation and maintenance of HR documents
• Preparation of standardized documents such as secondary employment approvals, references, and cover letters
• Setting up and sending mail merges (e.g., for the bonus process or congratulatory letters)
• Maintenance and further development of our tools for contract and reference creation, including setting up and managing field codes for text modules
• Maintaining personnel file data
• Maintaining overview lists to manage external recruiting activities
• Documentation and reconciliation of our headhunter activities
