• Our Construction & Chemicals practice groups advise the top management of globally leading companies and investors along the entire value chain in the construction/building materials sector as well as in the high-growth markets of the chemical and materials industries.
• Together with our international clients, we develop tailored concepts and implement them: from the strategic realignment of their businesses, through the design of innovative process flows, to new organizational models.
• As a Project Manager (all genders), you will lead and shape projects in the construction/building materials sector and advise construction suppliers, building materials distributors, construction companies, facility/industrial management and corporate real estate management.
• In the Chemicals/Materials area, you will primarily support our clients in the high-growth markets of the chemical and materials industries.

• It designs and produces briefing notes, reports and opinion pieces that establish Roland Berger as a leading strategic consulting firm
• Its work is based on media outreach, social media presence and showcasing partners’ sectoral and macroeconomic expertise
• The unit is also the originator of the Club Chief of Staff

• Strategic consulting for leading primary insurers and reinsurers
• Development of innovative solutions and business models
• Collaboration with clients' management teams and decision-makers
• Active contribution to shaping the insurance practice and developing digital customer experiences

Senior Consultant/Project Manager – Insurance

Human Resources

• Erstellung von HR-Datenabfragen und -auswertungen
• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von HR-Datenanfragen unter Berücksichtigung der Datenschutzanforderungen, inkl. passgenauer Datenaufbereitung für lokale und globale Stakeholder
• Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Datenqualität (z. B. Durchführung von data quality checks)
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von HR-Dashboards (z. B. Durchführung von user tests)
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Implementierung von automatisierten Self-Service-BI-Datenlösungen (z. B. in PowerBI)
• Unterstützung des FTE-Forecasts
• Zusammenarbeit im HR Analytics Team und enge Einbindung ins Tagesgeschäft
