About the role
- Supporting internal users via tickets, chat, email, and calls
- Setting up new starters with hardware, accounts, and access
- Managing user accounts and permissions securely
- Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking, and software
- Supporting Windows, macOS, and Google Workspace environments
- Helping with asset management and hardware lifecycle
- Participating in IT projects (e.g., server → cloud migrations)
- Collaborating daily with a global IT team across time zones
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk / internal IT
- Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS
- Understand IT basics like Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, and access management
- Explain technical issues in a calm, human way
- Fluent speaker of the English language (B2)
