About the role

  • Supporting internal users via tickets, chat, email, and calls
  • Setting up new starters with hardware, accounts, and access
  • Managing user accounts and permissions securely

Requirements

  • Explain technical issues in a calm, human way
  • Fluent speaker of the English language (B2)
