About the role

  • Contribute to the monitoring of system technical performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the daily supervision of automated processes, ensuring optimal performance and timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide input on automation process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with OTC, P2P, and Accounting teams to enhance the effectiveness of financial closings.
  • Ensure all process-related documentation is up to date and accurately reflects current practices.
  • Implement improvements in P2P, OTC, and other processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide factual reports and data to the Head of SSC, Head of Group Financial Reporting and Group CFO.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SSC processes and its automation.
  • Technical background.
  • Experience in technical supervision or automation projects.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
