About the role
- Leading the implementation, coordination, and sustainment of programs
- Championing initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations
- Establishing health and safety procedures in accordance with local requirements
- Directing and delegating compliance reviews, risk assessments, safety assessments
- Managing the purchase, maintenance and inspection of necessary safety equipment
- Developing training programs and delegating presentations
- Overseeing detailed incident investigation teams
- Establishing and managing ergonomic, injury case management and return to work programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 6+ years of EH&S experience including leadership experience
- Experience with data analysis and computer programs
