About the role

  • Analyze client needs, their processes and internal structures, and derive digitized processes and integrations.
  • Identify areas for improvement—often before the client notices them.
  • Lead end-to-end integration projects, from concept to production, with client teams and external partners.
  • Ensure requirements are documented, understood, and implemented correctly across all stakeholders.
  • Test and validate APIs.
  • Spot when documentation does not match reality.
  • Contribute to improving our internal tooling (sales, marketing, customer success).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent background.
  • Initial analytical experience (consulting, business analysis, product/project management, integrations) or a role with significant impact.
  • Structured data: JSON, REST APIs, webhooks. You can read API documentation.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience with low-code and AI tools (Claude Code, n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier).
