About the role

  • Lead RodoSafra's commercial strategy and execution in the State of Pará, driving sustainable revenue growth, expansion of the customer base, and consolidation of strategic partnerships.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performance team, operating in an analytical, strategic, and data-driven manner.
  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Design and implement plans to expand the client portfolio, enter new markets, and launch new products/services.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, proposing strategic adjustments when necessary.
  • Track commercial performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, conversion, churn, and team productivity.
  • Ensure predictability of results and quality of the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct strategic negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers, securing sustainable and advantageous agreements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as a company reference.
  • Actively participate in institutional presentations and commercial proposal meetings.
  • Lead, develop, and engage the commercial team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and focus on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Experience leading commercial/sales teams and strategic negotiation.
  • Experience or knowledge in mining, agribusiness, logistics, or transportation is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical profile, data- and KPI-oriented.
  • Clear, persuasive, and structured communication.
  • Strategic vision, autonomy, and an ownership mindset.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
