About the role

  • Prospect new partnerships by strategically identifying business opportunities to expand our partner base and increase revenue.
  • Manage and support the network of accredited partners in the region, ensuring targets and objectives are consistently met.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service and a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and proactively address operational metrics and demands.
  • Regular travel and external visits.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, proactivity, commercial management, and new partner prospecting.
  • Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office; negotiation techniques.
  • Preferred: Commercial experience with field (external) sales in the consórcio (consortium) market.
  • Own vehicle and availability to travel.
