About the role
- Prospect new partnerships by strategically identifying business opportunities to expand our partner base and increase revenue.
- Manage and support the network of accredited partners in the region, ensuring targets and objectives are consistently met.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service and a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Monitor and proactively address operational metrics and demands.
- Regular travel and external visits.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Skills: Strong communication, proactivity, commercial management, and new partner prospecting.
- Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office; negotiation techniques.
- Preferred: Commercial experience with field (external) sales in the consórcio (consortium) market.
- Own vehicle and availability to travel.
