About the role
- Prospect new Sales Representatives for B2B, B2C and B2B2C channels;
- Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives;
- Manage and retain customer accounts;
- Plan commercial initiatives, monitor results and meet targets;
- Support the commercial activities of your network;
- Maintain relationships and continuously train the affiliated network;
- Lead the affiliated commercial network;
- Conduct commercial operations;
- Provide commercial support to the affiliated network;
- Regularly visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio;
- Motivate the affiliated network to deliver results;
- Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
- Seek out and manage large-scale operations;
- Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts;
- Be available for frequent travel.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel; negotiation techniques.
- Skills and competencies: Strong verbal and written communication; proactive attitude; teamwork; commercial management; confidence in public speaking; ability to prospect and develop new partners.
- Additional requirements: Own vehicle and availability to travel.
- Advantageous: Experience in external sales within the consórcio (consortium) market is a plus.
