About the role

  • Prospect new Sales Representatives for B2B, B2C and B2B2C channels;
  • Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives;
  • Manage and retain customer accounts;
  • Plan commercial initiatives, monitor results and meet targets;
  • Support the commercial activities of your network;
  • Maintain relationships and continuously train the affiliated network;
  • Lead the affiliated commercial network;
  • Conduct commercial operations;
  • Provide commercial support to the affiliated network;
  • Regularly visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio;
  • Motivate the affiliated network to deliver results;
  • Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Seek out and manage large-scale operations;
  • Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts;
  • Be available for frequent travel.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Required knowledge: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel; negotiation techniques.
  • Skills and competencies: Strong verbal and written communication; proactive attitude; teamwork; commercial management; confidence in public speaking; ability to prospect and develop new partners.
  • Additional requirements: Own vehicle and availability to travel.
  • Advantageous: Experience in external sales within the consórcio (consortium) market is a plus.
