About the role

  • Support and develop BTG offices in the São Paulo region, ensuring close relationships, strong performance, and consultative support.
  • Manage portfolios by analyzing volume, pipeline, opportunities, and activation actions.
  • Train and coach advisors on the Consórcio product, including approach strategies for high-end clients.
  • Lead commercial meetings, on-site visits, and presentations for partners and internal office teams.
  • Support the structuring of operations, scenario analysis, simulations, and investor solutions.
  • Monitor performance indicators and develop action plans to boost sales.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal areas (product, contract formalization, legal, operations) and partner offices.
  • Work with a consultative mindset, mapping client needs and building commercial opportunities.
  • Identify emerging markets and maintain knowledge of products and competitors' status.
  • Assist with negotiations and deal closings. Encourage and guide the sales team to prospect new business, follow negotiations from initial contact through closing, and actively prospect to warm up leads and support sales results.
  • Motivate each member of the sales team to secure business so that as many commission-based sellers as possible complete sales each month; work with positive, encouraging energy to drive performance.
  • Manage the client portfolio. Oversee retention portfolios (current active clients), work directly and indirectly on overdue client accounts to increase retention rates. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's client base and ensure client retention; work intensively on the portfolio to prevent attrition and secure renewals.
  • Support credit processes and daily customer service demands.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed
  • Solid commercial/sales experience, preferably in the financial market, investments, or Consórcio
  • Practical knowledge of the Consórcio product and its rules (credit, awarding/contemplation, bids, addenda, installments)
  • Highly communicative, organized profile with strong teaching skills and a consultative approach
  • Ability to relate to demanding, high-net-worth clients (HNWI)
  • Ability to analyze portfolios, performance indicators, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Availability for an active external schedule (field visits and follow-ups)
  • Own vehicle and availability to travel
