About the role
- Prospect new Sales Representatives (B2B, B2C and B2B2C)
- Manage a portfolio of Sales Representatives
- Manage and retain a client portfolio
- Plan commercial activities, monitor results and achieve targets
- Support the commercial routine of your network
- Build relationships and continuously train the associated network
- Lead the associated sales network
- Conduct commercial operations
- Provide commercial support to the associated network
- Regularly visit Sales Representatives in your portfolio
- Motivate the network to deliver results
- Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify and lead large-scale operations
- Strengthen the brand image in institutional contacts
- Be available for frequent travel
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills: Prospecting and recruiting Sales Representatives and clients; client portfolio management and retention; negotiation and closing sales; planning and executing commercial strategies; monitoring targets and performance indicators; interpersonal skills and effective communication; ability to train and develop Sales Representatives/teams; organization and time management; autonomy and proactivity; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); availability for travel; experience in the consortium market (differential) or external sales; leadership; results management; proactivity; teamwork; and efficient commercial management.
- Preferred knowledge: PCA-10; strong command of CRM systems and digital prospecting and networking tools consolidated in the consortium and/or financial segment.
