Full-stack Engineer

• You will lead requirement refinement sessions with partners to understand complex needs, pain points, and desired outcomes related to Certinia PSA.
• You will translate our requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• You will design scalable solutions within Salesforce and Certinia PSA to meet our requirements, using declarative and programmatic options.
• You will lead workshops and working sessions, translating our goals into applicable Agentforce strategies, future-state workflows, and data-driven automation roadmaps.
• You will administer and configure Salesforce and the Certinia PSA application, including managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• You will provide expert-level guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues within Salesforce and Certinia PSA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• You will stay current with Salesforce and Certinia PSA releases, new features, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption.
• You will design integration between Certinia PSA, and other critical enterprise systems, including HR and IAM platforms.
• You will create comprehensive integration documents detailing data mapping, transformation rules, API specifications, and error handling processes.
• You will collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across connected systems.
• You will participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, QA testers, and other partners to ensure agreement and delivery of features and enhancements.
• You will advocate for a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
• You will manage a backlog of requests, enhancements, and projects related to Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
• You will work with teams (e.g., Business Segment Ops, Shared Services, Finance, HR, IT) to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure solutions align with broader organizational goals and contribute to business growth.
• You will facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.
