About the role
- Lead requirement refinement sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions within IFS using both declarative and programmatic tools
- Administer IFS environments (Dev, Test, Prod), manage user roles, configure modules, and troubleshoot performance issues
- Design and document integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems (SAP, HR, IAM), including API specifications, data mapping, and error handling
- Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, collaborate with product owners and scrum teams, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements
- Manage a backlog of enhancements and requests, facilitate UAT, and provide training and support to end-users across business segments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience as a BSA with IFS Applications 7.5/8
- Expertise in IFS modules including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Finance, and Project Management
- Strong experience in IFS system administration, configuration, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret PL/SQL procedures and packages
- Experience with MuleSoft and web services (REST/SOAP) for integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams
