Lead requirement refinement sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions within IFS using both declarative and programmatic tools
Administer IFS environments (Dev, Test, Prod), manage user roles, configure modules, and troubleshoot performance issues
Design and document integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems (SAP, HR, IAM), including API specifications, data mapping, and error handling
Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, collaborate with product owners and scrum teams, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements
Manage a backlog of enhancements and requests, facilitate UAT, and provide training and support to end-users across business segments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
5–7+ years of hands-on experience as a BSA with IFS Applications 7.5/8
Expertise in IFS modules including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Finance, and Project Management
Strong experience in IFS system administration, configuration, and performance tuning
Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret PL/SQL procedures and packages
Experience with MuleSoft and web services (REST/SOAP) for integrations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams
