Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of seamless, engaging, and efficient digital experiences across enterprise platforms
Create solutions for product design challenges including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions
Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Plan and define strategy for directing future iterations
Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details
Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings
Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into actionable solutions
Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle
Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by participating in user research and assessing performance metrics
Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback
Contribute to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening)
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in design or human computer interaction (HCI) (preferred)
3+ years of experience as a UX designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or similar role (preferred)
A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions (preferred)
Experience designing products/capabilities for mobile and desktop (preferred)
Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Hype, Axure, and Keynote (preferred)
Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design (preferred)
Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques (preferred)
Well-developed skills in communicating, presenting and storytelling (preferred)
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs (preferred)
Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment (preferred)
Understand business requirements and translate into digital experiences (preferred)
