About the role
- Design and contribute to exceptional user experiences for Launch Mobility's digital products
- Participate in ideation, user research, testing, and persona/workshop facilitation
- Create user flows, wireframes and task flows to conceptualize functionalities
- Collaborate with Designers and Developers to deliver intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile software
- Produce and present product documentation within a Digital Product context
- Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency in product development
- Work autonomously and proactively within cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Advertisement, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
- English Level: B2-C1 (Written and spoken)
- Experience in ideation and definition of digital products (websites or mobile apps) from a user-centered perspective
- Experience conducting user research and testing (interviews, workshops, persona definitions)
- Experience creating flows to conceptualize functionalities and digital products
- Experience creating wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Experience collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Proficiency in design tools: Miro, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Experience creating and presenting documentation in the Digital Product context
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience constructing and optimizing new processes for digital product development
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively in cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Design Thinking, UX Research, Interaction Design, Product Design, HTML, CSS, high-level understanding of web and mobile tools or environments
