About the role
- Analyse supply chain performance to identify planning risks, constraints, and opportunity areas, translating insights into applicable improvements.
- Lead or contribute to supply chain planning and materials optimization programmes.
- Lead cross‑functional programmes, identifying improvement opportunities and defining performance metrics; manage resources to ensure successful execution from initiation through closure.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise in supply chain methodologies to improve operational effectiveness.
- Deliver training to strengthen organisational understanding of planning concepts, data interpretation, and main performance drivers.
- Partner with global supply chain planners to increase planning tools and strategies.
- Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations focused on supply chain risks, constraints, trade‑offs, and opportunity areas to support informed decision‑making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Other recognised supply chain or operations certifications
