About the role
- Review operating results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to the business partners and leadership team to improve overall operational and financial performance.
- Work with the Global Analytics & Insights team to ensure meaningful data and analysis is being provided to the business partners that helps improve decision-making and financial performance.
- Ensure predictability of financial results by establishing and driving the AOP and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Provide insight on how to improve field engineer use and project delivery cash flow optimization.
- Work with the North America LCS leadership team to identify and implement productivity opportunities and programs.
- Provide direction in establishing proper internal control policies and procedures for the multiple product offerings covered within this scope of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- MBA or CPA
- 8+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience with an emphasis in FP&A or General Accounting
- The ability to work collaboratively across the global finance organization to complete projects, improve standardization and enhance efficiencies
- Experience supporting a global engineering delivery organization.
