About the role
- Lead and execute technical production projects in close collaboration with Production and R&D, ensuring progress, structure, and clear milestones.
- Participate in global implementation projects and project groups across Europe and Asia, including Poland, India, and China.
- Align expectations with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Drive continuous improvements and innovation in production technologies and processes, with a strong focus on automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Support optimization activities ranging from small process improvements to full-scale implementation of new production lines.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a similar technical background— combined with practical, hands-on experience.
- Solid experience within production technology and automation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A structured, goal-oriented work approach with the ability to set direction and drive progress.
