About the role

  • Lead Transformational Sales: Drive strategic, high-impact digital transformation pursuits across the Process Industry in North America.
  • Own the Commercial Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.
  • Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.
  • Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline: Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.
  • Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals: Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 40% of the time.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software).
  • Experience selling to large manufacturers in any of the following process industries: Metals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Cement, and/or Pulp & Paper.
  • Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
  • Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
  • Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms
  • Value Based Selling experience with a consultative mindset.
