About the role

  • You will lead and manage technical field service teams, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
  • Manage operational and financial KPIs, including accountability for P&L results.
  • Oversee service contract execution and customer escalations, driving timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align strategies, share data insights, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of financial and operational outcomes while supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical field service or industrial service roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
  • Proven experience managing operational and financial KPIs.
  • Experience handling technical escalations and applying industrial safety practices.
  • Services contract management experience.
