About the role
- You will lead and manage technical field service teams, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
- Manage operational and financial KPIs, including accountability for P&L results.
- Oversee service contract execution and customer escalations, driving timely resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align strategies, share data insights, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate reporting of financial and operational outcomes while supporting business growth initiatives.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in technical field service or industrial service roles.
- 3+ years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
- Proven experience managing operational and financial KPIs.
- Experience handling technical escalations and applying industrial safety practices.
- Services contract management experience.
