About the role
- Provide customer support by troubleshooting and solving product customer issues by the phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish.
- Work as the company liaison to the customer for topics focused on PLCs, Switches, Industrial Communications, and Software like SCADA and MES.
- Evaluate and approve the operational quality of system equipment by asking related questions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management.
- Maintain adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar.
- 2+ years experience in industrial automation with particular focus on SCADA, MES, PLCs and Networks.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Experience troubleshooting customer issues via phone, chat, or email.
