About the role
- Create and implement the program-level communication strategy and approach for the D2R digital transformation
- Partner with Value Stream Leads, Change Leaders, program leadership, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication plans
- Develop communication material tailored for audiences at all levels
- Align stakeholders around a clear and concise vision for the D2R initiative
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in communications field
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in strategic communications within a digital transformation context
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content and presentations for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on communication effectiveness
- Experience in a similar role within the automation or technology industry.
