About the role
- Lead complex, high-visibility programs across IT portfolio.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery under Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments.
- Deliver Demand to Renew program vision, providing new capabilities for Customer Care and Remote Support teams.
- Communicate and translate strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams.
- Act as primary contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide project updates and facilitate project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
- High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
