About the role

  • You will be our communications expert on the Global Sales & Marketing Engagement team and report to the Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader, to ensure we are shaping our global employees' experience.
  • You will be a creator of high-quality content, across all internal digital channels.
  • You will be an important voice for employee engagement, our priorities and communications strategy to best support for our employees.
  • You're curious and need to know if what we're doing works.
  • You will support the messaging to our key initiatives across the region and build a network to stay close to employee feedback.
  • This role crafts and distributes clear, consistent information across all channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering employee engagement and voice of the leader.

Requirements

  • Degree in mass communications, journalism, marketing, human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in communications, human resources, marketing, research design, business administration, or related field.
  • Superior content creation skills are critical and foundational to the role.
  • Prior experience in content measurement and survey work.
  • Project Management experience.
