About the role

Lead root cause analyses and facilitate cross-functional workshops to address Sales Support process challenges
Champion and implement process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks
Serve as the primary resource for Sales Support teams seeking guidance on continuous improvement tools and best practices
Collaborate with regional and global Sales Support teams to communicate and drive improvements
Enroll in and complete Yellow Belt on Demand Workday training modules; pursue further certification through Kaizen workshops and project delivery
Document and track improvement actions in the project database; review and certify completed projects with designated Champions
Support ongoing training and knowledge sharing to maintain expertise in continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years' experience in business operations or process improvement roles
Analytical and technical skills: Lean and Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, project management
Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
