About the role

Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions with a focus on AI-powered automation.
Develop customizations, reports, and extensions within IFS Cloud.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools
Build BPAs, flows, custom pages, fields, menus, lobbies, events, and configurations
Create and maintain technical documentation, logs, and solution designs
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and operational leaders
Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards are met across all ERP development work
Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts, and data migration activities
Provide training or guidance to internal teams as needed

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar
Hands-on experience developing within IFS Cloud utilizing IFS provided developer tools
Hands-on experience with design, develop, and deploy custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
Proficiency with Visual Studio and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML)
Understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, or part management
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively
5+ years of development experience in IFS ERP
IFS certification or module-specific training
Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations
Integration experience with other enterprise systems or cloud platforms
Report development (IFS Business Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint Online
Familiarity with complete SDLC processes
