About the role
- Full ownership of marketing strategy, budget, org design, and performance outcomes
- Authority over positioning, messaging, GTM programs, and marketing investment priorities
- Accountability for marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Define and evolve the client's GTM marketing strategy to support revenue goals across core and emerging markets
- Own account tiering, ICP definition, and orchestration of ABM programs for enterprise accounts
- Establish and maintain a high bar for brand consistency, credibility, and quality across all external touchpoints
- Design and oversee a scalable demand engine across outbound support, events, paid channels, content, and partnerships
- Build a clear operating cadence (planning, metrics, reporting) that creates focus, accountability, and predictability
- Lead and develop a senior marketing leadership team across product marketing, demand generation, field/events, content/communications, and marketing operations
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles at scaling SaaS companies
- Proven success leading enterprise or ABM-driven GTM marketing with direct revenue accountability
- Experience launching or expanding into new verticals or markets
- Strong positioning and messaging skills for legal and real estate buyers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, manage budgets, and operate at an executive level
- Pragmatic, outcomes-driven operator who can balance strategy with execution
