About the role

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
  • Send customized outreach and follow-up emails to candidates using structured templates
  • Respond to candidate inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
  • Track candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep processes on track
  • Coordinate and monitor email campaigns and candidate communications for accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate records in internal systems and databases
  • Support internal team requests, including creating candidate evaluation forms and handling ad-hoc operational tasks
  • Flag bugs, system issues, or process gaps that impact recruiting efficiency
  • Provide feedback on tools, templates, and workflows to help improve how the team operates

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, administration, or a business environment
  • Excellent written English and confidence communicating with candidates and internal teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you follow through and keep things moving
  • Growth-minded and coachable — open to feedback and eager to learn
  • Proactive problem-solver who notices inefficiencies and suggests improvements
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
