About the role
- Fast-growing ecommerce holding company generating $20M/year across skincare and supplements
- Mission to scale to $100M and opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team with upside
- Role ideal for a performance-driven, systems-oriented growth leader owning full growth strategy across Amazon, Shopify, and new channels
- Build the growth engine to scale the brand portfolio 5x
- Daily PPC management and directing a team of VAs
- Launch new products with deep market research and provide intensive daily attention to new launches
- Create performance and strategy reports for leadership to forecast and showcase performance
- Research and oversee SB Video & Image ad creation, develop creative briefs, and collaborate with editors and designers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Amazon marketer or in a similar role
- At least 1 year working on one or more Amazon accounts generating a minimum of $5M/year in revenue
- MUST have a clear PPC strategy that involves monitoring organic ranking and advanced research methods (not just reducing ACOS)
- MUST know how to utilize Flat Files for making bulk changes in PPC campaigns
- BIG BONUS: strategies for utilizing PPC automation tools such as Helium 10 to support PPC optimization
- Must be able to start working from 8AM to 11AM CET at the latest
