Rocket Doctor

Medical Director

• Work closely with Rocket Doctor’s CEO and full-time leadership team to build and grow an exceptional clinical network across Canada
• Ensure compliance with federal and province-specific telehealth regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical standards
• Lead the development and implementation of clinical protocols, workflows, and quality assurance initiatives
• Represent Rocket Doctor in clinical partnership discussions with healthcare institutions, payors, and regulatory bodies
• Build, lead, and mentor a nationwide team of Canadian MD Leads, senior clinicians overseeing clinical quality, compliance, and operational performance in their regions and/or specialties
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve the virtual care platform, EMR, and physician experience
• Work with patient care and provider success teams to monitor outcomes, patient satisfaction, and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement
• Provide guidance on the scope of practice, clinical appropriateness, and documentation standards for virtual/hybridized in-person care
• Stay informed on emerging trends in telemedicine, digital health, and Canadian healthcare policy
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance the quality and reach of care
