• Provide operational support for client relationships including grantmaking, contract administration, and expense reimbursements.
• Utilize internal systems and processes for project objectives and train project staff.
• Lead and manage the grantmaking review processes and ensure timely responses.
• Guide and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Organize and prepare complex documents and gather data for reports.
• Ensure effective tracking and approval of project expenses and resolve administrative issues.
• Build client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Continuously review operations and suggest improvements.
• Develop and administer contracts for Sponsored Projects as required.
