About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support for client relationships including grantmaking, contract administration, and expense reimbursements.
Utilize internal systems and processes for project objectives and train project staff.
Lead and manage the grantmaking review processes and ensure timely responses.
Guide and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
Organize and prepare complex documents and gather data for reports.
Ensure effective tracking and approval of project expenses and resolve administrative issues.
Build client relationships and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Continuously review operations and suggest improvements.
Develop and administer contracts for Sponsored Projects as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience in operations, office, support, and client service. (5-7 years)
Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.
