About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support for client relationships including grantmaking, contract administration, and expense reimbursements.
  • Utilize internal systems and processes for project objectives and train project staff.
  • Lead and manage the grantmaking review processes and ensure timely responses.
  • Guide and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in operations, office, support, and client service. (5-7 years)
  • Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
  • Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.
