About the role

  • Primary responsibilities include design, build, testing, validation and ongoing support of EMR applications.
  • Collaborates with EMR team members and operational leaders to stabilize and optimize EMR.
  • Communicates effectively with end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans.
  • Assists end-users on proper use of the application and implements approved changes.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding/knowledge of clinical/peripheral healthcare functions and work processes
  • Understanding of technology related to functional processes/workflow
  • Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills
  • EMR Certification (to be obtained within 6 month after hire, if required for job function)
